We don't publish the roles we place

The Human Layer works privately, with a small number of principals and companies at a time. Most placements never reach a job board. When a client comes to us, we go first to people we already know. Joining the network is how you become one of those people.

This isn't an application to a specific job. It's a way of being seen, and considered on more than a CV, when a role that matches you comes up. Not every application leads to a placement, and not every opening is filled from here. But everyone we place started this way.

What happens next

  1. We review every application personally

2. If it looks like a fit, we'll reach out to talk

3. From there, you may be asked to complete a short assessment before joining the active network
